Characteristic of the city's skyline. A building with an industrial past and a contemporary appearance. Where in the twentieth century the car manufacturer Spyker and later the paper factory were located, is now CitySide. Designed in the sixties by the renowned architect Maaskant, who also designed the Amsterdam Hilton Hotel. Fully redeveloped in 2019 according to a design by MVSA and equipped with many services and facilities such as a functional entrance, staffed reception, and various rooftop terraces.
